7 inches of snow in Durham on Friday night so I got to stay home and play with the wife, baby and dog, and we took some fun pictures I wanted to share. The picture of the retention pond is there because I took Stabler out in the snow and I threw a rock in the middle of the pond to see how hard the ice was. The rock splashed in the middle of the pond and Stabler wanted to retrieve it so he sprinted out to the pond and leaped out about a quarter of the way to the center, and freaked out when he realized that the pond was not frozen solid. He went all the way under and when he came up he was whining and frantically swimming back to the shore. The dog got out of the water, left me, and sprinted back to the house. Hilarious. Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures. He was too fast. Hope all is well, can't wait to see everyone again.
Oh yeah, one thing you can all be praying about. I've been asked to interview for a mall store in Richmond, VA. We are a little worried about the amount of money that we can make there, but it is a great opportunity to be eligible to get a free standing store in a location that we want to be in a couple years, so we have decided to interview for the store. If we get hired, we will move to Richmond in May and I'll start at the store in June. We are very excited. Just pray that if this is not the Lord's intention for us that he would close the doors. Thanks
